Staff came when i needed them.
Staff were on that i knew well and was comfortable with.
They changed my pads regularly.
They were kind and patient.
They knew my routines.
They know when i am unwell.
They are careful about my Medication.

Nothing to be improved, staff always listen and we do what mum does at home. The break recharges her batteries and gives mum time with other family members.
